Questions travellers ask
Good to know
Is November a good time to visit Goa?
November is our favourite month in Goa. The rain is gone, the land is still green after the monsoon and the sea is calm. Migratory birds arrive in the mangroves, turtles begin nesting on the protected beaches, and prices are below the Christmas peak. The novena for St Francis Xavier begins in Old Goa late in the month.
What is the weather like in Goa in November?
Panjim 22–33 °C, dry, clear. Conditions differ by altitude and coast, so check the forecast for each stop a week before you travel.
Where should we go in Goa in November?
We suggest Old Goa, Divar and Chorao islands, Morjim, Ashvem and Mandrem. November gives you December weather without the December prices.
