Is June a good time to visit Ladakh?
One of the best months in Ladakh. All main roads are usually open, including the Manali–Leh road, and the high lakes and camps are operating. Fields are green and snow lingers on the peaks. Hemis Tsechu often falls in late June or early July, so Leh can be busy. Book festival dates well ahead. Days are warm, and nights at the lakes are close to freezing.
